If wind increases during your event: unplug the blower immediately and keep kids out.
Never attempt to move an inflatable while inflated. Wait for us.
We monitor weather and will text you if conditions affect delivery/setup.

Weight / Adults

Units are not designed for anyone over 140 lbs.

Delivery + Setup

We deliver, setup, and pickup. Customers are not allowed to move or set up units themselves.

Electricity & Water

Electricity must be within 50 feet of the setup area. No daisy chaining cords. Wet units require a water hose (you provide it).

Weather / Rain

If rain is possible, you may cancel before setup for a full refund. No refunds once setup begins.

Grass / Yard Condition

Please mow at least 24 hours before your event (not the same day). If we see poop in the yard, setup may be canceled and the deposit kept.
